Coyote Margaritas Bar is located on Patong beach. Set on two floors with 2 story full height glass walls and a large outdoor wooden deck give you spectacular sunset views over Patong bay. The interior is a mix of Mexican tradition and modern southern US interpretations. There is also a live band.

The first time I went to Coyote’s was for breakfast, to be honest I was less than impressed.
Have been two times since and have really enjoyed myself and the food was a lot better, can recommend the baby back ribs and the chicken wraps. The band is great as well.
A really nice place to sit outside with a margarita and watch the sun set over the sea.
Went to Coyote after reading some reviews from members of phuket-info.com forums. It’s above Starbucks on the Beach Road. You wont miss it. To go up, just take the very long escalator.
The interior is really nice with an outdoor sitting area also. Good place to watch the sunset. I ordered the Cheese Nachos and 2 Full Slabs of Baby Back Ribs. The meat just falls off the bone and the sauce is nice.
The main attraction of going to Coyote is for the Margaritas. I read they have more than 70 types of Margaritas on the menu, yes 70 types!!! I ordered the traditional Frozen Margaritas, it came in a jug, enough for 4 people to share. It’s refreshing and cooling and can taste the alcohol. Really good.
The live band was playing when i was there. Not bad, but i didn’t stay long enough to listen them play all the songs.
Give it a try, it’s really good, but be prepared to pay. I believe they have happy hour also.
